Except as otherwise written in this Act, all activities of the Institute shall be supervised, directed and managed by the Board of Directors. However, the Board of Directors may assign such duties and rights as it deems necessary and proper among its duties and rights as mentioned in this Act or the rules made under this Act to the General Manager or one or more sub-committees of directors or other officers of the company to be followed and used.
